**Job Title**:
Support Worker Short-Term Assignment

**Location**:
Bega, NSW (must live locally)

**Job Type**:
Casual - One-Time Role

**Dates**:
27th December 2024 to 2nd January 2025

**Hours**:
8 hours per day (flexible based on participant’s needs) for 7 days

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide in-person support to a participant during time in Bega.
- Assist with daily living tasks, community access, and coordination of activities.
- Accompany the participant to events and activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
- Provide transportation within the Bega region as needed.
- Liaise with the participant’s Support Coordinator to ensure smooth communication and support delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Must reside in Bega, NSW.
- Experience as a Support Worker, particularly with NDIS participants.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for local transport.
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module and Worker Screening Check.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patient, flexible, and reliable demeanor.
