Your Responsibilities: As a Disability Support Worker at Specific Care, you will:

- Provide individualized support to clients in their daily activities
- Foster independence and encourage personal growth
- Create a safe and nurturing environment
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
- Offer companionship, understanding, and emotional support

Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who possess:

- Minimum of Cert 3 in Disability or Aged Care
- Drivers license is a must
- Relevant experience
- Compassion and empathy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and a positive attitude
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to the values of Specific Care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $31.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
