Household tasks: support clients with household chores includingcleaning, cooking and laundry Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client progress, careprovided, and any changes in their condition Comminications: Communication effectively with clients, families,carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated andcomprehensive care.
