**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As an Associate or Vice President in the Prime Financial Services Account management team, you will partner our Clients closely taking the time to understand their business, the individual or industry challenges they face and use our specialist knowledge of the firm and product to provide solutions for Clients. We lead regular review meetings both formal and informal, taking every opportunity to secure feedback and constantly evolve our offering, increase efficiency and optimize the service model.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as an escalation point for clients (and internal functional delivery teams) responsible for driving issues to conclusion in a timely and commercial manner
- Understand client’s business, strategy, stakeholder model, op model and decision-making
- Proactively communicate with clients about industry updates that could affect them across PFS
- Own the roll-out of new product development items to our existing client base, and deliver tailored financing & collateral solutions
- Assess the front-to-back platform, preempt points of client frustration and raise opportunities for enhanced client satisfaction or improved commercial outcomes
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction throughout the relationship. Perform regular client reviews to assess operational performance, risk profile & revenue pattern
- Work across the organization to lead, organize and partner with stakeholders
- Benchmark service levels, track and help resolve issues in a timely manner
- Represent “Voice of the Client” (eg. product needs, client strategic roadmap) in key internal forums (eg. strategic reviews, change management, tech development)
- Act as the escalation point for margin call and disputes and manage/propose clients’ limits in partnership with Margin Trading
- Assist Sales and Margin Trading with agreeing commercial terms with clients that meet our RoE targets; Monitor client profitability and revenue trends, and understand the drivers; Manage clients onto strategic operating model

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Degree educated
- Knowledge and experience of Clearing and/or Prime Brokerage is a significant advantage, should have at least 5 years industry experience with a demonstrable track record of delivery with a strong client focus.
- Understanding of global markets and products (JPM specific + external).
- Good understanding of synthetics, cash products, derivatives.
- Exceptional Client Service, customer focused with ability to represent the firm and build long standing client relationships.
- Operational Excellence - Exemplify high standards of performance, ability to execute with skill, urgency and discipline; strive for the best internal governance and controls.
- Thrive in the Team Environment, focus on been part of a team whilst still been a strong individual contributor.
- Self-Starter, naturally proactive continually look to expand knowledge of the firm, self-generate challenging objectives and leverage their own skill set to realize these goals.
- Analytical, ability to manipulate data logically, assimilate and draw conclusions.
- Strong relationship building, management and influencing skills.
- Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and able to generate leads and follow through.

- Confident at representing business and presenting the firm to clients.
- Strong organisation skills, able to work independently on projects and Client accounts.
- Able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
- Strong time management skills required to meet internal and external deadlines
