**Job Title: Field Sales Representative - Window & Gutter Cleaning Services**
**Location**: Surrey Hills, Melbourne, VIC
**Employment Type**: Casual
**Pay Structure**: Minimum wage + casual loading + 17% commission on daily sales above threshold

We are seeking a motivated and confident **Field Sales Representative** to join our growing team. In this door-to-door role, you will be responsible for engaging with residential homeowners in Surrey Hills and nearby suburbs, promoting our window and gutter cleaning services, and securing new bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Knock on residential doors and introduce our services in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our window and gutter cleaning services
- Answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales on the spot
- Record customer details and sales data accurately
- Represent our brand with integrity and professionalism at all times
- Meet or exceed daily sales goals to unlock commission bonuses

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience in door-to-door or face-to-face sales is strongly preferred**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work a flexible casual schedule including weekdays and occasional Saturdays
