Our self-watering garden beds are loved by backyard gardeners, schools, and retailers across the globe. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Sales and Merchandising Representative to help expand our footprint across Australia.

**About the Role**

This is a dynamic, mobile role - not a desk-bound job You’ll be out on the road building and maintaining relationships with our retail network, setting up in-store displays, conducting product demos, and identifying new sales opportunities. You’ll also represent Vegepod at trade shows, events, and community expos, helping to grow awareness and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Merchandising**
- Visit existing retail stores to maintain relationships, check stock levels, and improve brand presence.
- Grow our store network by identifying and onboarding new retail and wholesale partners.
- Merchandise product displays and ensure stores are showcasing Vegepod effectively.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations to engage and educate staff and customers.
- Track performance, provide feedback, and support retailers in driving sales.

**Trade Shows & Events**
- Represent Vegepod at major trade shows, expos, and events.
- Set up engaging displays and conduct live demonstrations.
- Promote the Vegepod brand and products to a wide range of audiences.

**Skills & Experience**

**Functional**
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or merchandising roles preferred.
- A personal interest in gardening or sustainability is a plus.

**Industry Knowledge**
- Understanding of retail merchandising and how to present products in-store.
- Confidence in customer-facing roles, especially when delivering product information or closing a sale.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
- Willingness to learn order processes, pricing, and inventory logistics.

- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of stakeholders.
- High integrity, self-motivated, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Organised and capable of managing your own schedule, stock levels, and reports.
