Due to continued growth and exciting times ahead, Assist Right Supports are on the look out for our next Disability Support Worker superstar to join us to help support two male participants with complex behaviour supports.

We are NOT looking for a support worker that is happy to turn up, sit down and go home. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference to someone. You will achieve this by assisting them to have meaningful engagement in their community, you will build positive and encouraging relationship with them, and by achieving their exciting goals.

What we are looking for:

- 2-year minimum support worker experience with 1 year plus working within a SIL environment
- Active Overnight Supports
- High level of reporting integrity (strong skills with shift notes, recording charts)
- Understanding how to work as part of a SIL team, led by our House Lead
- Strong understanding of quality and best safeguarding practices, and how to always advocate for this to protect our clients.
- Access to a smart device for accessing our CRM and performing case noting and incident reporting requirements
- Strong behaviour support experience, with a focus on implementing safety plans and use of Regulated RP’s
- Have a commitment to performing the shift that you are provided
- Access to a vehicle with current Registration and insurance
- Required NDIS screening checks and completion of NDIS modules of Care
- First Aid Certificate/Mental Health First Aid is also an added advantage
- Experience with epilepsy management plans and experience in implementing these plans

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $43.23 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

**Experience**:

- Support Work: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Clearance (required)
- Blue Card (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 30/07/2025
