Job Advertisement: Support Workers for 24/7 Client with Level 3 ASD in Caboolture

Are you experienced in supporting clients with autism and behavioural challenges? Do you have a passion for helping individuals build capacity and thrive in their daily lives? Salt Human Services is seeking dedicated support workers to join our team for a 24/7 client in Caboolture.

Position Details:

- Client Profile: Level 3 ASD, behavioural difficulties.
- Shift Structure: 8-hour shifts, including inactive overnight hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting meal preparation.
- Taking the client to activities and engaging socially.
- Role modelling domestic tasks.
- Building the client’s capacity in daily living skills.
- Male and female workers are encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements:

- Blue Card.
- Yellow NDIS Worker Screening Card.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Police Check.
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
