- Endpoint Management: Managing and deploying 128,000+ desktops and 12,000+ servers with Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
- Mobile Device Management: Supporting 20,000+ mobile devices across clinical and corporate settings.
- Endpoint Protection: Securing 150,000+ endpoints with Microsoft Defender.

**About the Opportunity**
As **Product Owner - Endpoint Managemen**t, you’ll own and drive the lifecycle of EM&M platforms and services. You’ll set the product vision, lead roadmap development, and work closely with NSW Health customers to align business strategy with service delivery. You’ll guide technical teams, prioritise initiatives, and ensure our platforms deliver maximum value and security across the health system.

In this role, you will:

- ** Lead**product vision and roadmap for EM&M platforms (SCCM, Intune, Defender)
- ** Drive**strategic development and implementation of new features and enhancements
- ** Facilitate**collaboration across technical and product teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
- ** Oversee**product lifecycle operations, governance, and continuous improvement
- ** Provide expert** consulting and knowledge sharing to stakeholders and ICT teams

**About You**

We are looking for someone with
- ** Proven product management** experience in large-scale ICT environments
- ** Strong knowledge** of endpoint management platforms (SCCM, Intune, Defender) and cloud tech (Azure, AWS)
- ** Hands-on experience**with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams
- ** Excellent communicatio**n, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills
- A **proactive**, solutions-focused approach and passion for continual improvement
