About the Opportunity

As a Senior Platform Owner at eHealth NSW, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital healthcare. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the interoperability of a suite of products within a unified platform - ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and scalability. You'll drive strategic alignment between the platform roadmap and business objectives, oversee governance and financial viability, and identify opportunities to maximise customer and clinical value across the health system.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the development of the platform roadmap, aligning it with business OKRs and governance policies while partnering with Product Owners to optimise platform capabilities.
  • Oversee platform governance, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and managing key technical escalations.
  • Enable seamless user experiences by partnering with Product Owners and development teams to enhance interoperability and design efficiency.
  • Partner with customers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to discover opportunities that boost customer outcomes and ROI.
  • Lead and guide technical teams to deliver a platform roadmap that strengthens product performance and capability.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure platforms deliver business value and meet organisational needs.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Qualification or certification in Information Technology.
  • Extensive experience managing platforms in an Agile environment, or equivalent workplace experience within the discipline, including financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience and proven record of leading multidisciplinary teams in large and complex clinical ICT service environments.
