**Introduction**:
This role involves delivering a variety of field services to HMPS and Propac customers including servicing, repairs, installations, commissioning, training, and equipment modifications.

**Description**:
**As a Service Technician, you will**:

- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled repairs as per established schedules, primarily on semi auto and fully auto pallet wrappers.
- Attend breakdowns promptly, utilising problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions.
- Communicate transparently and promptly with clients and internal teams.
- Manage time effectively to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
- Enthusiastically embrace travel opportunities, including local and interstate assignments.
- As your skills develop and grow there is opportunity to undertake new equipment installations with other group equipment.
- As your skills develop and grow there is opportunity to execute enhancements and updates to existing machinery to enhance functionality.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**This role requires**:

- Disconnect/Reconnect Restricted Electrical Licence (or ability to obtain Licence).
- Possess a Mechanical Trade qualification.
- Experience in a field based work with a desire to be in field at customer sites and travelling interstate intermittently.
- Previous experience as field service technician in the packaging industry with demonstrated proficiency in supporting high-speed production machinery is highly desirable.
- Customer-focused mindset, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with self-motivation and a results-oriented work approach.
- A valid current driver's license and willingness to travel both locally and interstate is essential for the role.
