This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-owned company specialising in tools and equipment for the horticulture industry and in particular the sale and servicing of the unique battery operated pruning shears manufactured in Europe.

Using your mechanical mind and current understanding of electronics, you will be fully trained in the specifics of the products. An understanding of current battery technology would be a big advantage.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Diagnose and repair units
- Servicing of units
- Manage, coordinate and schedule jobs on a daily basis
- Order spare parts and manage inventory
- Communications with customers
- Support of service agents throughout Australia and New Zealand

To be considered for this role it is expected you will have:

- A good general understanding of electronics
- Highly motivated and passionate individual with a desire to learn
- Ability to pass a police check & obtain / hold a valid passport
- Solid problem solving skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent customer service skills

In return you will be offered an exciting opportunity to travel to Europe and New Zealand [once you are fully established in the role]. The hours will be 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a 12.30pm finish every 2nd Friday.
