We are currently searching for an experienced **Change Lead** who can support the successful delivery of technology projects in our organisation; providing technical expertise and ensuring projects are resourced and delivered effectively.
**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Successfully delivering change programmes, with an 80% focus on supporting change projects from identifying change requirements, impacts, through to delivery and review.
- Stakeholder engagement across the organisation and leading the senior change leaders forum to ensure consistency across our organisation.
- Leading the change team (20%) to ensure projects are resourced effectively, including recruiting, coaching and managing workloads and plans
**About you**:
- Experience in a similar role and success leading change programs, particularly with a technology implementation
- Superior communication, consultation and negotiation skills with high level ability to effectively network and influence
- Ability to deal with ambiguity with good commercial judgment.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills evidenced in the ability to manage projects, lead work groups and work in a multi-disciplinary team;
- Pragmatic approach
