Arrow on Swanston Hotel seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dynamic front office team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for supporting the successful operation of the hotel during the overnight shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- **Financial Accuracy and Reporting**:

- Perform end-of-day financial audits, ensuring all transactions are accurate and balanced.
- Reconcile accounts, post daily revenue, and prepare financial reports for management review.
- Verify and process credit card transactions, room charges, and other expenses.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Monitor hotel premises to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, responding to emergencies as necessary.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and distribute operational reports for various hotel departments.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and any necessary adjustments to bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.23 - $39.91 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
