Hunter & Barrel is looking for an experienced and dedicated **Floor Supervisor** to be part of our team and lead and develop those around them. Our restaurant forms part of a vibrant and passionate international team located in Eastland Shopping Centre.

You will report to the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for maintaining a high service standard while observing our company culture and values. You will also receive on the job training within each department and further training in management to ensure complete knowledge of the restaurant operations.

**Ideally within this role, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Lead, manage and monitor staff operations
- Restaurant opening and closing procedures are consistent and managed accordingly
- Service standards are developed and kept to a professional level at all times
- Demonstrated leadership qualities within a fast paced, high volume restaurant environment essential
- Marketing and retail promotions and programs are effectively executed
- Following and ensuring company policies & procedures are adhered to
- Restaurant costs including the maintenance of adequate stock levels and the management of staff labour costs
- Handling guest feedback and follow up

**Please note that you must have an RSA for this position.**
