Balmain Children's Centre is an independent not-for-profit community based Centre, catering for 38 children per day from 0-5 years old.
- **Core Duties**:_
- Implement a high-quality education and care curriculum
- Provide learning opportunities which are inclusive
- Develop collaborative partnerships with families
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment which supports the development of each child
- Participate in team meetings and undertake professional training as required
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- **Essential**:_
- Diploma qualification
- Working with children check
- First Aid certificate
- Ability to work with all age groups (0-5 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in long day care

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
