**About the role**

Balmain Care For Kids' is seeking passionate Certificate 3 or Diploma Educator to join our dynamic and dedicated team. As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of young children through high-quality early childhood education and care. This is a full-time opportunity based in our Balmain, NSW location.

**What you'll be doing**
- Being part of the development and delivery of engaging learning experiences for children
- Collaborating with the team to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Providing a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of each child
- Effectively communicating with families and building strong partnerships to support children's learning and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements (incident reports, sleep charts etc)
- Participating in team meetings, professional development opportunities and continuous quality improvement processes

**What we're looking for**
- Certificate 3 & Diploma qualified educators in Early Childhood Education and Care
- 2 years minimum experience working as an Educator
- Strong understanding of providing play-based learning programs
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
