As Department Manager, you will cooperate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading, coaching and motivating the store’s team while being responsible for the daily operations.

While representing the FENDI DNA, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity throughout the market, you will be engaged in achieving your personal and team’s targets meeting the assigned KPIs and sales goals.

**THE ROLE**

**Sales Management and Business Development**
- Monitor and achieve store performance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to the store sales target
- Analyze business, propose and suggest necessary recommendations/action plans to improve results and maximize performance
- Demonstrate sales leadership to Client Advisors
- Be sensitive to competitors’ trading activities and give feedback to Store Manager

**Client Management**
- Support the team in building long term client relationship, leveraging all clienteling tools
- Establish a Client centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of client experience
- Support to improve on mystery shopper results
- Build and develop own client portfolio
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management and client hosting

**Team Management**
- Ensure client advisors deliver the Fendi Customer Journey to every client. Support them with consistent coaching, identifying their development and training needs, partner with Store Manager and Training Manager to tailor individual action plans
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales and clienteling leadership to the team, supporting team with their own sales, fostering cross selling and client retention
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to assess the performance of Client Advisors
- Support to manage and motivate the team to drive business, create a positive and harmonious environment and foster co-operation
- Provide consistent and qualitative feedback to the team and coach them
- Execute in store training routine set by Store Manager
- Implement the staffing plan as defined by Store Manager

**Store Operations**
- Comprehensive knowledge of Retail system to run reports, credits, returns, correct errors, etc.
- Ensure all policies, standards and Fendi procedures are communicated and implemented
- Support in the preparation of daily and weekly report if required
- Assume decision-making responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with Company operating standards
- Ensure a safe store environment for customers and employees
- Maintain a clean store environment and implement general housekeeping duties as necessary
- Responsible for the ordering of packaging and stationery

**Inventory Management**
- Ensure that merchandise is properly received, displayed, stored and maintained by team members
- Assume opening/closing duties and Manager On Duty responsibilities as required
- Accurately complete inventory receipt, including entry and reconciliation
- Completely understand and undertake stock transfers, shipment and receipt/return of merchandise (defective, spare parts, etc.) according to Company guidelines

Visual Merchandising
- Ensure visual merchandising is maintained according to guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays, in order to maximize sales and merchandise turn
- Align periodically visual merchandising and sales performance
- Know the best sellers and ensure that they are display at all time
- Make the best out of the display and proximity storage
- Work with Store Manager to coordinate installations of new window display

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry
- 2 years of supervisory capacity
- Strong in commercial and customer centric mindset
- Outgoing, dependable, and pro
- active team player
- Good organizing and follow up skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
- Ability to generate trust among both coworkers and clients
- Result driven, capacity to implement all needed initiatives and demonstrate commercial creativity
- Proficient in MS office, CRM and retail tools

**Salary**: $41,720.40 - $111,005.37 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
