Are you a passionate educator ready to lead and inspire through Physical and Health Education? Rivercrest Christian College isin search of an accomplished and dedicated Curriculum Leader - Physical and Health Education to join our team on a fixed term arrangement

This role will see you leading the Year 6-12 Physical and Health Education curriculum team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • a desire to teach in an environment where both Christian values and the development of the whole child are valued
  • proven experience teaching Physical and Health Education, ideally within an International Baccalaureate or inquiry-based learning context
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and curriculum coordination experience.
  • ability to mentor and PHE staff to deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning experiences.
  • proven experience driving curriculum review, planning and development
  • contribution to building a nurturing and compassionate focused education setting, where every student is able to develop their independence, initiative, learning and are faith connected
  • ability to collaborate and contribute to a strong collegial culture where teachers have a shared commitment to improvement and open to feedback from others.
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
