Batcher

Wagners are currently seeking experienced Concrete Batchers mainly based in Brisbane and travelling to surrounds when required. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring batching and allocation of concrete is carried out in a timely manner and to specification of our customers’ requirements. This unique opportunity will also support growth and development of the region.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous batching experience required
- Experience using batch control systems (Jonel would be advantageous) or ability to pick up systems quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks in and around the plant as required
- Demonstrates flexibility to manage ever-changing work requirements
- Strong commitment to safety
