Our selection process

Our selection Process – it’s a two-way street

The first step will involve a brief phone call to explore your potential fit. The second step will be an in-person interview where you’ll see one of our sites and meet the team.

Requirements

- Medical test including a drug & alcohol test.
- Police check.
- If you are interested in a Concrete Truck Driver role, you need to have held a full Australian Driver’s Licence for a minimum of 2 years (automatic or manual).

Onboarding

- Upon securing your position, you will start a comprehensive Onboarding Program. Depending on the role you are successful for this program runs from 2-6 weeks.
