multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for our clients in Defence and National Security.
- We currently have an opportunity for an ** ILS Support Officer | Warfare Products** for a Defence Maritime project based in Canberra.

**What You’ll Do**
- This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Supporting logistics planning and sustainment activities, including stocktake coordination, warehousing oversight, and inventory control- Maintaining and updating ILS documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and baseline logistics information to reflect current product configurations and support processes- Managing asset and configuration data, including updates to the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and other asset tracking systems- Supporting logistics planning and sustainment activities, including stocktake coordination, warehousing oversight, and inventory control

**What You’ll Bring**- Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles and practices, including configuration management, maintenance planning, and supportability analysis.- Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, including inventory handling, stock control, and logistics coordination.- Hands-on experience using MILIS (SAP) for inventory and asset management within defence- Proven capability in planning and executing Hand Over/Take Over (HOTO) stocktakes, ensuring accurate asset transition and accountability.- Experience in managing data migration activities, including cleansing, mapping, and validation during system transitions or upgrades.- Currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.- In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be an inherent requirement.
