Lotte Duty Free is on a growth journey. We hold the title of the world’s second largest Duty Free retailer with 20 duty free stores worldwide. As part of our growth plans, we recently opened a 3,000 M2 iconic store in Sydney CBD with a presence like no other in Australia. We sell luxury beauty, liquor, watch, jewellery and accessory products from some of the most well know and luxurious brands from Australia and around the world.

Reporting the General Manager - People & Culture, you will join a small P&C team designed to support the business achieve positive outcomes through its people. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing global retailer with strong values and a commitment to its team.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Consult and provide advice to Management and employees on daily P&C queries including award and policy interpretation;
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, de-escalation, career development, disciplinary actions);
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (with support from Talent Acquisition Advisor);
- Facilitate new employee on boarding;
- Manage the probationary review and annual appraisal process
- Support learning & development programs and monitor employee completion of on-line training modules.;
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, finding ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention;
- Maintain employee files and P&C databases, ensuring compliance with document management regulations;
- Develop on-line training programs
- Compile data for inclusion in regular reports to GM - P&C and Directors

**What you'll bring**:

- 2+ years of experience within a generalist P&C Role;
- Creative approach to employee engagement
- Demonstrated ability to coach Managers and individuals through a variety of P&C queries;
- Confidence in administering and managing employee life cycle processes and policies;
- Proven ability to handle confidential issues with diplomacy;
- Have strong relationship building capabilities, boasting an ability to obtain the trust of all you work with;
- Proven experience in the end to end recruitment;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
