We have an opportunity for an experienced **HR Advisor** at Munro Footwear Group (MFG) to join our Support Office. This permanent full-time role is reporting to the **People Services Manager** and will work as a conduit between our team members HR needs and our policies.

The HR Advisor will be an integral part of the People and Culture team and assist in providing consistent, practical, and strategic advice and coaching to stakeholders on people-related matters and industrial relations matters.

**More about the role**
- As HR Advisor you will partner with our leaders and the P&C Team to create supportive and safe workplace practices and deliver best practice initiatives
- Managing the full breadth of employee relations matters, following internal processes, and relevant Fair Work principles, and operating with due consideration to associated risks.
- Provide consistent, practical, and strategic advice and coaching to stakeholders on people-related matters and industrial instruments.
- Building an open, communicative, and supportive culture across the business while working closely with team members to identify areas of improvement.
- Contribute to our culture by supporting Engagement, Wellbeing and DEIB initiatives.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
- 2 - 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced Retail environment.
- Demonstrate a confident and competent approach to managing complex employee relations matters including ER/IR issues
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of the GRIA, SSWA and Clerks 2020 Awards and the Fair Work Act 2009 along with a proven ability to interpret relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and a professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
