**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking to recruit an exceptional Beauty Advisor to represent Guerlain at Lotte Duty Free, Melbourne Swanston Street Store. This is a part-time role working 28.5 hours per week.

This role will see you assist customers within our stores with their skincare/beauty needs whilst achieving sales and performance targets.

- Retail sales experience
- Experience in the skincare/beauty industry
- Superb customer service and selling skills
- Self motivation and the drive to succeed
- An outgoing personality matched with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
