**The opportunity**

We're seeking Multiskilled Operator’s to join us on a permanent full-time basis as we embark on a significant transformation project for one of our clients. In this role as Operator, you'll play a vital part in ensuring safety and production targets are met while upholding quality standards. This opportunity is based in the Bowen Basin region; Blackwater, QLD and available on a DIDO basis only.

**Details of the **role**- Operate a rang of fixed plant equipment such as grader, dozer, water cart etc in a safe manner-
- Conducting pre start checks-
- Permanent long-term employment opportunity-
- 12-hour workdays-
- Ongoing training & development with real career progression-
- Above average base pay rates**Qualifications and Requirement**- 2 years experience working in a similar role within mining / heavy industry-
- Previous experience working in coal (highly advantageous)-
- Current Standard 11 certification or willingness to obtain/refresh-
- Current Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain/refresh-
- Valid Driver's License-
