**Job Title**: Executive Assistant

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring effective time management.
- **Task Prioritisation**: Assist with prioritising daily tasks and setting deadlines for various projects.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft, edit, and organise documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- **Project Management**: Support ongoing projects, track progress, and assist in meeting project deadlines.
- **Meeting Support**: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and manage post-meeting follow-ups.
- **Office Management**: Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- **Personal Assistance**: Handle personal tasks and errands as required to support the executive’s work-life balance.
- **Other Duties**: Carry out additional tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's daily responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software (e.g., Google Workspace, task management tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar industry or working with high-level executives.
- Background in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $22.45 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
