We are looking for an experienced and motivated** Full Time Assistant Manager** to join the PLG team at **Highways** in **Springvale**. Your management skills will be use in supporting the achievement of set financial targets, leading and inspiring the team, co-creating the best experiences for our clients and ensuring compliance with all external bodies.

Highways is located in the hub of suburban south-east Melbourne on the perimeter of Ladbrokes Park (Sandown Racecourse).
Featuring a family friendly bistro with a designated kids play area, great service and a relaxed atmosphere making it the perfect dining experiences for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, Highways caters to both children and adults alike.

**What will my duties include?**
- Assisting with the achievement of set financial targets.
- Stock control and management.
- Ensure front-of-house ambiance and appearance are appropriate at all times.
- Staff management including; rostering, training, and performance management.
- Coordination, execution, and evaluation of promotions.
- Manage venue auditing and compliance requirements.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in hospitality management.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- TAB Compliance.
- Energetic and positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work productively in a fast paced and agile environment.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Full working rights in Australia.
