**What You’ll Be Doing**
As our **Customer Experience Specialist**, you’ll be the face of Essendon CARCO, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with professionalism and energy.
- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Provide product demonstrations and test drives
- Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket teams
- Accurately complete all sales documentation and compliance processes
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with stock availability
- Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are presented to a high standard

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Previous Vehicle Sales Experience is Essential, Pre-Owned preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service
- High energy, self-motivated and target driven
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Current Driver's Licence is Essential
