About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Executive Director in the provision of Registration Services through effective management of high risk and complex matters and strategic oversight of the reporting of regulatory outcomes and operations in accordance with legislative requirements, the principles of good administrative decision making and best practice regulation.

Participate in and or lead project teams involved in the formulation of innovative and workable policy options and solutions.
Provide strategic advice to the Executive Director of Registration services and senior officers of the branch.
About You
It would be highly regarded to have:
A background in Education and Regulation and/or law and demonstrated experience in providing high level advice in matters concerning regulation areas of education, particularly within the non-state school sector, the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS), or home education.
