Challenge Employment & Training is calling for expressions of interest for a paid, entry-level Workplace Skills (Business) Traineeship starting 2025.

Located in Collingwood Park and surrounding areas

The kind of work you will be doing:

  • Assisting with basic administration and office support.
  • Customer service and reception duties.
  • Data entry, filing, and maintaining workplace records.
  • Using workplace technology and software applications.
  • Developing confidence and professionalism in a team environment.

We're looking for people who are:

  • Enthusiastic and reliable.
  • Positive and ready to learn.
  • Interested in gaining experience in business and office support.
  • Ready to start in October 2025.

Bonus: A valid driver's licence and your own transport will be highly regarded.


Eligibility criteria:

To apply, you must:

  • Be a Queensland resident aged 15 or older.
  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, eligible visa holder, or New Zealand citizen.
  • Be unemployed or underemployed, and not currently enrolled in education or other training.
  • Not have previously completed a Certificate I in Workplace Skills.
  • Meet other criteria under the Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.
