We are a fast growing builder and developer involved in turn key projects. Due to the growth in our work we are looking for an experienced and reliable **construction manager** to plan construction projects and oversee their progress in a timely and cost effective manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning, implementation and scheduling of multiple projects
- Direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
- Plan and coordinate subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions and requirements
- Review the work progress on a daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports
- Analyse, manager and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction

**Requirements**:

- Degree in construction management / Civil engineering
- Proven working experience in construction management of town houses / high rise and infrastructure development
- Knowledge of construction management processes
- Expert knowledge of construction details
- Experienced in conflict and crisis management
- Experienced in quality control
- Leadership and resource management skills
- Time and project management skills
