**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with a background in commercial developments (childcare). This role is more than a job... it’s a pathway to your builder’s licence. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the design and planning of commercial construction projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum +3 years of experience in architectural design and building.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and regulations.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit, and SketchUp or Lumion.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
