**About Role**:
An industry leader client is seeking a Test Analyst with manual testing skills and preference for automation experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates, implements, and manages test cases to verify functional and non-functional requirements, documenting and comparing actual results to expected outcomes
- Collaborates with business units, the Solutions Development Team, and external service providers to ensure comprehensive test coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Follows the company's testing methodology and maintains relevant documentation as necessary.
- Creates test completion reports.
- Assists the Test Manager as required in developing mechanisms to evaluate user acceptance testing effectiveness

**Skill & Capability Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in functional testing
- Automation experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent Communication skills
