**About the role**

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Test Lead to work with our client. In this role you will be responsible for leading a small team of four testers.

**You will**
- Own the automation framework
- Coach and mentor the team
- Grow the automation skills in the team
- Participate in sprint planning
- Work across agile squads
- Key stakeholder management and communication
- Make recommendations on improving test practices
- Working across test best practice
- Other duties as directed

**About You**
- Test Lead experience working with a small team or having participated in a leadership role.
- Strong automation testing experience
- Experience with Selenium and Javascript
- Experience with headless browser testing
- Experience working with test best practice
- Experience working in Agile sprint environment
- Ability to be hands-on if needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a can do attitude
- The Ability to work within a changing and fluid environment
