**About the Position**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable HR Support to provide a broad range of tasks to assist our People and Culture Team on a full time basis. This position will report to the People and Culture Advisor and provide superior end-to-end support to the People and Culture team. Having ideally worked in a recruitment environment previously you will thrive in a fast paced and high volume environment and enjoy a varied workload.

**General responsibilities of the position**:

- End-to-end management of the recruitment process.
- Management of high-volume recruitment of up to 20 roles at any one time.
- Guiding and coaching hiring managers while continuously building their recruitment capabilities.
- Create and maintain a recruitment tracking system/platform.
- Management of social media platforms to support recruitment.
- Monitor labour market conditions and its impact to the business in terms of attraction and retention of talent.
- HR administration tasks including contract and PD preparation, updating of policies and procedures, collating data and producing HR reports.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to the HR field including Award interpretation and employment contract preparation.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of online recruitment systems and social media platforms.
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work productively and collaboratively within a fast paced cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management and organisation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet diverse business priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
