**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Leading, coaching and developing individual Home Loan Specialists to deliver outstanding sales performance and customer experience through one on one and team based coaching.
- Managing the lead pipeline to ensure clients are contacted in the shortest available turnaround time whilst overseeing day to day performance and operations.
- Resolving client escalations and complaints to the customer’s satisfaction and within ING guidelines.
- Prepare, analyse and present reporting on particular area’s to ensure performance is at a minimum standard and set clear and achievable goals for your direct reports with follow up plans for performance improvement.
- Create and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and plan, execute, and communicate changes within a timely manner. Recruitment and performance of staff, as required.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Previous or Current Mortgage Sales Experience.
- Successfully led and driven a strong sales culture.
- Background in Sales Leadership would be highly desirabke.
- Great interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong coaching and performance management skills.
- Strong sense of risk management.
