Our client has established an excellent reputation within the freight forwarding industry for their professionalism, industry expertise and client management. An opportunity has arisen within their Tullamarine office for a suitably experienced Invoicing Officer to take on an integral role within this fast paced, often challenging industry.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for accurately invoicing clients for international forwarding and customs clearance services, ensuring the correct charges are applied and all services are accounted for. You will also liaise with clients regarding invoicing queries and work closely with internal departments to ensure rates and charges are correct and investigate any disputes/inaccuracies.
This is a full time permanent position within a flexible working environment. Applicants must have recent operational finance experience within an international freight forwarding environment.
