**The opportunity**

This role has been created as part of a broader transformation and uplift program that is focused on continuing to drive improved outcomes for our Members. You will be supporting the Member & Advice Leadership team to help them understand, plan, and react to changes in Member volume activity. As such, strong stakeholder management skills are critical to achieving the goals of this role and supporting the change.

**About you**
- Experience using Workforce Management software related to contact centre environments e.g., Genesys Cloud, Verint, NICE.
- An understanding of best practice workforce management concepts including adherence, shrinkages, and schedule management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate solutions that drive desired outcomes.
- Using analytical and critical thinking skills that supports timely decision making.
- Ability to convey confidence and clarity in communications.
- Team player who actively contributes to the overall performance and culture of the team
