**About the Organisation**

Catholic Healthcare is one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit Aged Care providers in the country, with services across Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Living.

The General Manager, Quality & Clinical Governance role is a key leadership position that will provide leadership for Catholic Healthcare’s Model of Care, ensuring Clinical Governance and Quality practices consistently meet all quality and clinical standards and are embedded across all Service streams.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the CEO and operating as a key member of the Leadership team, the General Manager, Quality & Clinical Governance will:

- Facilitate and provide oversight of best practice clinical policy and practices, quality care, ensuring clinical policies and practices are well understood and embedded across all Service streams.
- Oversee the clinical, aged care standards and accreditation auditing programs to ensure clinical and quality risks are identified, solutions proposed, and continuous performance improvements supported.
- Implement the Model of Care proposed structure, programs and plan to ensure the achievement of a segmented plan of delivery; ensure the development of a strong, clear, well-articulated change management plan aimed at raising awareness, buy-in and action from all Service streams.
- Provide regular project reporting to the Executive Leadership team and updates to the Board.
- Work alongside the Executive Leadership Team to deliver to the CHL Startegy in alignment with Catholic Healthcare's Mission and values.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience at the senior level in all areas of clinical governance, including contemporary clinical practices, clinical policy, auditing, and reporting.
- Strong financial understanding with experience managing budgets.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- A passion for working collaboratively as part of a team to drive change.
