Barbeques Galore is seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as Store Manager in Auburn. With a customer-centric approach, you will lead and inspire your team while ensuring a high level of service and product knowledge.

We are looking for a self-driven and autonomous individual who can take initiative and deliver exceptional results. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining store presentation, and controlling expenses to ensure store profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and inspiration to your team through effective coaching and training
- Deliver outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and after-sales support
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
- Control expenses and drive store profitability
- Manage stock and inventory control
- Work a two-week rotating roster with some weekend and evening shifts
