**About the role**

To support our success we are currently seeking an **Advice Coach** to join the **Member Solutions** team in our **Brisbane** head office.

At Australian Retirement Trust we believe advice is critical to delivering on the member experience and that it is integrated into the conversations and interactions we have with members and employers regardless of channel.

The purpose of the Advice Coach role is to support the advice teams within Australian Retirement Trust to build and develop excellent advice outcomes for our customers. In doing so, the role will provide coaching and training to the Financial Advisers and/or advice authorised representatives to improve the quality of advice and general interactions, while also helping to drive efficiency and uplifting capability.

The Advice Coach will also ensure the advice provided meets our legislative and compliance requirements. The role is also instrumental in ensuring our advice documents and tools are maintained and enhanced to support our advice offering.

This position is available as a** full-time,** **permanent** opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Financial advice, knowledge and qualifications (RG146 compliant to give Personal and General Advice in Superannuation and Life Insurance as a minimum).
- Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (FP) or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge and experience with legislation, regulation and industry practice related to the supervision and monitoring of AFSLs and APRA regulated superannuation funds.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management capability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders to influence outcomes of a complex nature.
