**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Liaise with departments across Aussie and lead the communications team to deliver communications that engage and delight our customers.
- Plan and manage communications for new products, processes, and projects.
- Assist with the development and ongoing management of our internal communications strategy, including regular reviews of our intranet.
- Oversee the delivery of our media strategy and expand Aussie’s reputation for clear, no bullshit media commentary.
- Manage and coordinate community and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage public relations events and other activities.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What we’re looking for
- An unequivocal commitment to the Aussie values (see previous page) and using them to make decisions.
- An understanding of the telco industry, from a public relations perspective.
- Knowledge of issue, crisis, and conflict management.
- Skills in project management, proofreading, content management, and reputation management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including a strong commitment to Plain English and an innate ability to tell stories.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking.
