**About the role...**

The Property Service Coordinator (PSC) is responsible for providing high-quality services/ products and achieving efficiencies. Directly engaged in the operations of the business, the role is accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery through the management of client requests regarding property and facilities repairs and maintenance. PSCs are charged with ensuring that every caller's request is managed from inception to completion to the satisfaction of the client.

As a trainee you will be provided with on-the-job training, support and mentoring to help you succeed in the role and hopefully build a satisfying career in the Facilites Management Sector.

**Key responsibilities of the role are to**:

- Answer all incoming calls from Evolve FM clients and vendors and respond to requests
- Provide high quality customer service, analyse, resolve and coordinate customer issues
- Measure costs against established service provider guidelines and verify and track work orders to completion.
- Continually build customer relations with clients and vendors, modelling Evolve FMs values, mission, and vision.
- Assist Manager with continuous process improvement, problem solving and best practice reviews.
- Once suitably experienced in the role, assist with the training of other new PSCs in the team using a buddy system.

- Willingness and ability to learn new skills
- Willingness and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to follow procedures and deliver outputs.
- Knowledge of (or ability to gain) of work health and safety requirements
- Ability to gain knowledge of commercial leasing.
- The ability to remain calm in emergency e.g.: Fire, bomb threat.
- A good working knowledge of personal computers (MS Word/Excel)
- Good administration skills.
