**What you’ll be doing**

Responsible for providing an effective Service Desk facility for all information technology system functions, our ICT support officers:

- Answer telephone enquiries
- Provide face to face support
- Respond to support tickets
- Undertake basic installation and configuration of software and hardware as required
- Assist with testing and implementation of systems

**Who we’re looking for**

**You will need**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with ITSM ticketing software
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible)

**It’d also be helpful if you had**:

- A **current **Police Check or DCSI - (If you don’t, that’s OK, we can help with this)
- Tertiary qualifications in IT and/or industry certifications

**The salary for this position is $ $61,000 - 66,000, (dependent on experience)** + super + salary sacrifice benefits**
