St Louis Care is made up of four specialist service areas:

  • St Louis Homes – NDIS-approved provider for younger onset dementia
  • St Louis Home Care – Government-approved and private home care provider
  • St Louis Nursing Home – Boutique residential aged care
  • St Louis Allied Health – FIFO allied health services supporting remote South Australian communities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Finance Officer to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices efficiently, and supporting the delivery of timely and compliant financial outcomes across St Louis Aged Care and St Louis Community Care.

Role: Accounts Payable & Finance Officer
To Be Successful In This Role

  • You have strong experience in accounts payable, including high-volume invoice processing (70–100 per day)
  • You are proficient in Xero, Dext, and Microsoft 365, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • You can effectively manage deadlines and competing priorities
  • You demonstrate initiative and can work independently while supporting team outcomes
  • You are committed to continuous improvement and upholding quality and compliance standards

Essentials

  • National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
  • Up to date Influenza vaccination
  • Certificate III in Finance (minimum)
  • Experience using Xero and Microsoft 365 Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a finance, accounts payable, general accounting or bookkeeping

Desirable

  • Previous experience in the aged care, health, or community services sector
  • Understanding of residential aged care or home care finance processes
