Ryde, Australia Paradise Plus Care Full time

As a Support Worker or AIN working in the community you are willing and capable of travelling to other people’s homes or community centres. The role will involve working with participants with both low and complex needs. Some may need assistance with medication prompts, and others may show complex behaviours. Shifts length varies staring with 2 hours. Experience is highly recommended but not necessary. Full training will be provided.

**About the Role**

The role is to support our participants in the community with, but not limited to:

- Personal Care
- Social Support
- Domestic Assistance (house maintenance, cooking etc)
- Transport
- Respite/Live In
- Overnight services

You will be assisting our client in Blaxland area with their activities of daily living.
- Positive & enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Check
- Manual Handling Skills
- Full Driver License and Car
- COVID Vaccine Certificate (3 x doses required)
- Certificate IV in health administration (or equivalent/higher equivalent
- Working Rights (Passport, Australian Birth Certificate OR Australia Citizenship Certificate)

**Note**: We work around your availability to assist your work/life balance. Also, you can contact us if you do not have some of the above-mentioned documents. We will work with you to obtain all the required documents.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
