We're on the hunt for passionate Section Waitstaff and Bartenders to join the award-winning team at **The Cut Bar & Grill** - a premium, hatted steakhouse located in the heart of **The Rocks**.

As part of the **Hunter St. Hospitality** group (home to icons like Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, and Saké), The Cut is known for its mouth-watering prime rib, exceptional service, and lively, professional team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a premium or hatted venue
- Confidence in delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
- Minimum 20 hours availability (including Friday & Saturday nights)
- Valid RSA
