Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance services to their Lytton site.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive deliveries into bulk storage yard and facilities
- Enter receipt of deliveries into SAP Materials Management System in line with procedures
- All Material Rejection Advice (MRA) are completed in real time and followed through as necessary
- All receipted goods, including dangerous and hazardous materials, are stowed in allocated areas in accordance with legislative requirements
- Ensure all items are packaged following correct preservation procedure SAP number written on item prior to storage
- Gas and chemical bund checks are completed weekly
- Compliance to both Ampol and Wood plc Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures.

Skills / Qualifications:

- You must have a Forklift High-Risk Licence.
- Background within mechanical or electrical fields, working with or interpreting parts and materials
- Knowledge of dangerous goods handling, storage and preservation and legislative requirements would be beneficial
- Basic PC skills is essential. Knowledge of basic SAP will be very advantageous.
