Our client offers a unique design assessment and advisory service for both buildings and infrastructure. They work with a large number of body corporates and strata managers providing professional services and consultancy.

**The Opportunity**
The building consultants provide remedial advice and project management to clients structural assets.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Site inspections in the Central Coast Area
- Provide condition, defect, expert witness reports, tender & contract administration
- Attend client’s corporation meetings and provide advice
- Liaise with Director in twice-weekly consultant sessions
- Occasional visits to head office at North Gosford

**What's on offer**:

**Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Building Sciences/Construction
Management
- Builder’s license is highly desired
- Member of AIBS is highly desired
- Current AU drivers licence and own car
- The right to permanently live & work in Australia
- Be vaccinated for Covid19
